Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten unserer Nutzer grundsätzlich nur, soweit dies zur Bereitstellung einer funktionsfähigen Website sowie unserer Inhalte und Leistungen erforderlich ist oder Sie eingewilligt haben. Personenbezogene Daten sind alle Informationen, die sich auf eine identifizierte oder identifizierbare natürliche Person beziehen.

3. Hosting (Squarespace)

Diese Website wird bei Squarespace gehostet. Anbieter ist die Squarespace Ireland Ltd., Ground Floor, 2 Windmill Lane, Dublin 2, D02 F206, Irland (für Nutzer im Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum); die Datenverarbeitung erfolgt teilweise durch die US-amerikanische Muttergesellschaft Squarespace, Inc.

Beim Aufruf dieser Website erfasst Squarespace verschiedene technische Daten (Server-Logfiles), darunter insbesondere die IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, die aufgerufene Seite, den verwendeten Browser und das Betriebssystem. Diese Verarbeitung ist zur sicheren und stabilen Bereitstellung der Website technisch erforderlich.

Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an einer sicheren und effizienten Bereitstellung der Website). Soweit eine entsprechende Einwilligung abgefragt wird, erfolgt die Verarbeitung ausschließlich auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

Wir haben die in Squarespace integrierten Analyse- und Tracking-Cookies sowie die Erfassung von IP-Adressen in den Datenschutzeinstellungen deaktiviert. Es werden ausschließlich technisch notwendige Cookies gesetzt.

Datenübermittlung in die USA: Im Rahmen des Hostings können Daten an Squarespace, Inc. in den USA übermittelt werden. Squarespace stützt diese Übermittlung auf die Standardvertragsklauseln der Europäischen Kommission gemäß Art. 46 DSGVO sowie ggf. auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework. 4. Cookies

Diese Website verwendet ausschließlich technisch notwendige Cookies, die für den Betrieb der Seite erforderlich sind (z. B. Sicherheits- und Sitzungsfunktionen). Eine Einwilligung ist hierfür nach § 25 Abs. 2 TDDDG nicht erforderlich. Nicht notwendige Analyse- oder Marketing-Cookies werden nicht eingesetzt.

5. Kontakt- und Newsletter-Formular / Google reCAPTCHA

Wenn Sie unser Kontakt- bzw. Newsletter-Formular nutzen, werden die von Ihnen eingegebenen Daten (insbesondere Name und E-Mail-Adresse) zum Zweck der Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage bzw. zum Versand des Newsletters verarbeitet. Der Newsletter-Versand erfolgt über die Newsletter-Funktion von Squarespace; eine Weitergabe an externe Newsletter-Dienstleister findet nicht statt. Es gelten die in Abschnitt 3 genannten Hinweise zum Hosting durch Squarespace, einschließlich der dort beschriebenen Datenübermittlung in die USA.

Der Newsletter-Versand erfolgt auf Grundlage Ihrer Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) im Double-Opt-in-Verfahren: Nach Ihrer Anmeldung erhalten Sie eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail; erst nach Bestätigung werden Sie in den Verteiler aufgenommen. Sie können den Newsletter jederzeit über den Abmeldelink in jeder E-Mail oder per Nachricht an uns abbestellen.

Zum Schutz des Formulars vor automatisierten Einsendungen (Spam) verwenden wir Google reCAPTCHA. Anbieter ist die Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland. reCAPTCHA wird erst geladen, wenn Sie das Formular aufrufen bzw. ausfüllen, nicht bereits beim Aufruf anderer Seiten. Dabei werden Daten (u. a. IP-Adresse und Nutzungsinformationen) an Google übermittelt, auch in die USA. Google stützt die Übermittlung auf die Standardvertragsklauseln bzw. das EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Rechtsgrundlage für den Einsatz von reCAPTCHA ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse an der Abwehr von Spam und am Schutz unserer Systeme).

5a. Verkauf digitaler Produkte / Zahlungsabwicklung

Beim Kauf digitaler Produkte über diese Website werden die zur Vertragsabwicklung erforderlichen Daten (insbesondere Name, E-Mail-Adresse und Zahlungsdaten) verarbeitet. Die Bestell- und Zahlungsabwicklung erfolgt über Squarespace sowie die dort eingebundenen Zahlungsdienstleister (Stripe, PayPal). Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Erfüllung des Vertrags). Es gelten ergänzend die Datenschutzhinweise der jeweiligen Zahlungsdienstleister.

6. Eingebundene YouTube-Videos

Auf einzelnen Seiten dieser Website binden wir Videos von YouTube ein. Anbieter ist die Google Ireland Ltd. (Anschrift wie oben). Wir nutzen den erweiterten Datenschutzmodus von YouTube („youtube-nocookie"), der über den Video-Block von Squarespace bereitgestellt wird.

In diesem Modus setzt YouTube nach Angaben des Anbieters erst dann Cookies oder vergleichbare Technologien, wenn Sie ein Video aktiv abspielen. Beim Abspielen wird eine Verbindung zu den Servern von Google hergestellt und es können Daten (u. a. Ihre IP-Adresse) an Google, auch in den USA, übermittelt werden.

Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO bzw., soweit beim Abspielen eine Einwilligung erfolgt, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO. Weitere Informationen finden Sie in der Datenschutzerklärung von Google.

This website is hosted by Squarespace. The provider is Squarespace Ireland Ltd., Ground Floor, 2 Windmill Lane, Dublin 2, D02 F206, Ireland (for users in the European Economic Area); data processing is carried out in part by its US parent company, Squarespace, Inc.

When you access this website, Squarespace records various technical data (server log files), in particular the IP address, the date and time of access, the page accessed, the browser used, and the operating system. This processing is technically necessary in order to provide the website securely and reliably.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of the website). Where consent is requested, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

This website uses exclusively technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the site (e.g. security and session functions). Pursuant to § 25 (2) TDDDG, consent is not required for these. No non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are used.

Third-party services that process personal data (Google reCAPTCHA, YouTube) are only loaded after an active action on your part (see Sections 5 and 6).

5. Contact and Newsletter Form / Google reCAPTCHA

When you use our contact or newsletter form, the data you enter (in particular your name and e-mail address) is processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry or sending the newsletter. The newsletter is sent using Squarespace's newsletter function; no data is passed on to external newsletter service providers. The information on hosting by Squarespace set out in Section 3 applies, including the data transfer to the USA described there.

The newsletter is sent on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) using the double opt-in procedure: after you register, you will receive a confirmation e-mail; you will only be added to the mailing list after confirmation. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by sending us a message.

To protect the form against automated submissions (spam), we use Google reCAPTCHA. The provider is Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. reCAPTCHA is only loaded when you access or fill in the form, not already when you access other pages. In this process, data (including your IP address and usage information) is transferred to Google, including to the USA. Google bases the transfer on the Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis for the use of reCAPTCHA is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in preventing spam and protecting our systems).

5a. Sale of Digital Products / Payment Processing

When you purchase digital products via this website, the data required to process the contract (in particular your name, e-mail address, and payment data) is processed. Order and payment processing is carried out via Squarespace and the payment service providers integrated therein (Stripe, PayPal). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of the contract). The privacy notices of the respective payment service providers apply in addition.

6. Embedded YouTube Videos

On individual pages of this website, we embed videos from YouTube. The provider is Google Ireland Ltd. (address as above). We use YouTube's enhanced privacy mode ("youtube-nocookie"), which is provided via the Squarespace video block.

In this mode, according to the provider, YouTube only sets cookies or comparable technologies once you actively play a video. When a video is played, a connection to Google's servers is established and data (including your IP address) may be transferred to Google, including to the USA.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR or, where consent is given upon playback, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy.

Within the scope of the statutory provisions, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), the right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR).
